How do I schedule the shuttle?

The shuttle does not run on a 15 minute cycle like you may assume. Instead, our shuttle is based off of appointments scheduled by our customers (you!). Scheduling is very easy; simply text or call (760) 641-5058 the day before you reservation starts with your name and time you’d like to receive the shuttle.

 

What’s your refund policy?

Simple! If you don’t use the parking then we don’t want you paying for it! In order to request a refund, you must text or call (760) 641-5058.

 

Is this a self parking lot or valet?

The lot is ordinarily self-park. However, during busy periods such as holidays, the lot will valet cars so as to make best use of the space. Keys are tagged with the customer’s name, car description and return date. Keys are kept secure inside of the office.

 

What happens if my return is delayed past midnight? (closing)

The shuttle to and from the airport is available for scheduling from 4:30 am until midnight everyday, but that doesn’t mean you won’t be able to get your car in between these hours. If you find yourself needing to retrieve your car past midnight, you may text or call (760) 641-5058 and let us know in advance. This way, we can keep our gate open for you!
